The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskTheDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
